Attorneys Steven B. Goss and J. Kristen Gardiner have been promoted to shareholders in the law firm Martin, Lord and Osman, P.A.
Goss, a Laconia native, has been with the firm for 12 years and practiced as a sole practitioner in Loudon before joining the firm. He concentrates in estate planning, trusts and taxation and also practices in real estate with particular emphasis on conservation easements. Licensed to practice in Vermont as well as New Hampshire, Goss is a graduate of Dartmouth College and Franklin Pierce Law Center and resides in Pike with his wife, Laura, and their four children.
Gardiner, who recently joined the firm, concentrates in real estate and municipal law. She represents commercial entities, estates and individuals wishing to purchase, sell or develop their property. Most recently practicing in Rhode Island, Gardiner is a graduate of U.N.H. and Northwestern School of Law at Lewis and Clark. She resides in Gilford with her husband, Dan, and their two children.
