Freedom Boat Club sets sail on Lake Winnipesaukee with newest location

LACONIA — Freedom Boat Club of the Lakes Region will ope its newest location at North Water Marine, situated in the heart of The Weirs at 18 Endicott St. N. Boating enthusiasts can now enjoy all the beauty and adventure that Lake Winnipesaukee has to offer — without the hassle of boat ownership.

Lake Winnipesaukee, known for its breathtaking scenery and 288 miles of shoreline spanning eight towns, provides the perfect backdrop for the Freedom Boat Club experience. Members at this new location will enjoy unlimited access to a growing fleet of premium boats, starting with four at launch and expanding throughout the season as membership grows. Whether it’s a relaxing cruise, watersports, or exploring hidden coves, members will have everything they need for a day of adventure on the water.

North Water Marine is a full-service marina designed to support a seamless boating experience. With a fully stocked ship’s store offering essentials like sunglasses, sunscreen, and bagged ice, as well as watersports rentals including children’s life jackets, skis, tubes, and ropes, members will have all the tools they need for a fun and safe day on the lake.

“We’ve been lifelong boaters, spending our summers on the water with our family,” said Kyle Gassman of Freedom Boat Club of the Lakes Region. “My wife and I actually met on a small lake in Maine and even honeymooned along Florida’s Gulf Coast on a 36-foot Grand Banks trawler. We’ve admired Freedom Boat Club’s hassle-free, walk-on walk-off boating model for years, and when the opportunity arose to open a location close to home, we jumqped at the chance. We’re excited to bring this incredible membership experience to the Lakes Region and look forward to expanding in the future.”
