FRANKLIN — Franklin Savings Bank recently announced the promotion of Jon Cayton, Sandy Boyce, Glen Moore, Dave L’Heureux, and Nicole DelSignore.

“I am incredibly proud to recognize Jon, Sandy, Glen, Dave, and Nicole on their hard work and dedication to their respective positions”, said Executive Vice President Chief Administration Officer Joe Thornton. “They are outstanding employees and their recent promotions are a testament to their exceptional contributions to the bank. We are confident that they will continue to drive success and inspire others in their new roles.”

Cayton is now assistant vice president/regional manager at the Franklin Main Office. He began his career with FSB in 2018 as branch manager of the main office in downtown Franklin. He assumed oversight of the customer contact center earlier this year. He has over 20 years of experience in the areas of branch management, coaching and training, business development, compliance, and residential lending.

Boyce is now assistant branch manager at the Franklin office on 933 Central St. She joined FSB as a part-time personal banker in August 2019. She transitioned to full-time in April 2020 and was recently promoted to assistant branch manager of the Central Street branch in Franklin. Boyce has nine years of experience in the banking industry, a degree in mathematics from SUNY Orange, and earned the American Bankers Association certificate in deposit compliance for compliance professionals. She was a recipient of the FSB Vision Award in 2022.

Glen Moore is now branch manager in Goffstown. He began his career with FSB in August of 2019 as a personal banker. He was promoted to an assistant branch manager in November 2023, and branch manager of the Goffstown office in October 2024. He has an associates in business administration from NHTI – Concord’s Community College, and is a graduate of the Northern New England School of Banking.

Dave L’Heureux is now branch manager in Merrimack. He began his career with FSB in 2018 and has over 30 years of banking experience holding various positions. He attended The New England College of Finance and the University of Lowell. He is very active in the southern New Hampshire market, participating in community events and teaching workshops about fraud prevention.

Nicole DelSignore is now bank systems specialist. She joined FSB in 2019 as a personal banker. She worked in the retail department for three years, and was promoted to a retail trainer during that time. In 2022, she moved to the information technology department, where she supports many areas of the bank with their technology needs.
