MANCHESTER — Comcast has completed its network expansion in Northfield, bringing multi-gigabit, symmetrical internet to more than 2,100 homes and businesses for the first time. The project is part of a larger infrastructure investment across Merrimack County and the Lakes Region, including Laconia, Gilford, Belmont, and Tilton.
In neighboring Franklin, the company has already connected more than half of its 4,300 targeted locations. Construction for the remaining Franklin footprint is scheduled for completion by the end of the year, providing the area with the full suite of Xfinity and Comcast Business services.
