PLYMOUTH — Circle Program Executive Director Beth Dever and the program were honored at the Women Building Community Luncheon hosted by the New Hampshire Women’s Foundation on Nov. 14  in Manchester. This annual event celebrates leaders and organizations that advance opportunities for women and girls across the state.

Dever brings 30 years of nonprofit and education experience to Circle Program, having  served in executive and senior leadership roles for youth and family-serving organizations in New Hampshire and Washington, D.C. Under Dever’s leadership, Circle Program has strengthened its mission to empower economically and socially disadvantaged girls throughout New Hampshire.

The program combines residential summer camp experiences with year-round one-to-one mentoring, helping girls build confidence, leadership skills, and resilience during critical stages of their lives all at zero cost to the participants.

Each year, Circle serves participants from rural communities, providing stability, lifelong  friendships, and opportunities that foster emotional, physical, and social growth.

“I am deeply honored to receive this recognition,” said Dever. “It reflects the incredible work  of our team and the mentors who dedicate themselves to helping girls discover their  strength and potential. At Circle, we believe every girl deserves the chance to thrive, and  this honor reinforces the importance of that mission.”
