LACONIA — Bank of New Hampshire recently promoted Taylor Laro to assistant vice president – marketing and customer experience officer. Laro brings experience in bank marketing to this role, where she will leverage her insights and skills to elevate the Bank’s customer experience and brand presence.

Laro joined Bank of New Hampshire in March 2020 as marketing and digital media specialist and has steadily advanced through the organization. Her contributions to expanding the bank’s marketing reach, streamlining department operations and establishing a robust customer experience program have been instrumental to BNH’s success. In her new role, Laro will be responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty, developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns and fostering cross-departmental collaboration to optimize customer experiences. She will also manage the day-to-day operations of the Marketing team.

Laro holds a bachelor of arts degree from Saint Anselm College and is a graduate of the New England School for Financial Studies, Northern New England School of Banking and Leadership Lakes Region. She has earned certificates in principles of banking, marketing financial services and bank marketing. Laro serves on the board of the Lakes Region Chamber.
