GILFORD — Bank of New Hampshire promoted Windy Carnes to assistant vice president — customer service officer.

In this role, Windy effectively supervises the day-to-day activities relating to the customer service center's inbound and outbound telephone, chat and email services. This includes managing timely and effective responses to customer inquiries, problems and concerns, all while striving to achieve superior service.

Windy joined Bank of New Hampshire in May 2021 as a customer service officer. Windy holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in project management, both from Southern New Hampshire University.
