MEREDITH — The Meredith Kayak/Canoe Exploratory Launch Committee is conducting a survey to determine the interest in and support for an all person kayak/canoe launch. By installing an all person kayak/canoe launch people of all physical abilities and ages will have access to the water safely and easily in canoes and kayaks. Share your thoughts. Nature lovers launch kayaks and canoes onto Meredith's lakes to enjoy the extraordinary experience that comes with being on open water in a paddle craft. Yet, for those with varying physical abilities, convenience and easy access to our lakes is limited. As it stands today, Meredith does not have any paddling launch site to accommodate all paddlers.
