LACONIA — The Lakes Region Board of Realtors is pleased to announce Nikki Morrison was selected as the 2026 Realtor of the Year.

Morrison has been a Realtor for nearly 15 years, and throughout her career she has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to professionalism, service, and leadership. She has generously dedicated her time and talents to the Lakes Region Board of Realtors, serving on numerous committees, contributing as a member of the board of directors, and previously leading the organization as president.

If there is a project that needs a volunteer, a committee that needs support, or an event that requires organization, Morrison is consistently among the first to step forward and say, “Yes, I can do that.” Her willingness to serve, paired with a positive and solution-focused attitude, has made a lasting and meaningful impact on the association, its members, and the broader community.

The selection was made by a panel of judges after careful consideration of multiple nominees for the honor. The basis of the award includes contributions to the betterment of community, professional achievements, and consistent adherence to the Code of Ethics of the National Association of Realtors.

The Lakes Region Board of Realtors will submit Nikki Morrison’s name and accomplishments to the New Hampshire Association of Realtors for consideration in the statewide Realtor of the Year recognition program. All local board honorees will be celebrated at the state awards ceremony in September.
