BRISTOL — Paige E. Fischer has obtained her New Hampshire real estate license and has transitioned into the sales department of Old Mill Properties, announced Lorna Platts Sirois, owner of the brokerage located at 507 Lake Street in Bristol.

A native of Alexandria, Fischer is a 2023 graduate of Newfound Regional High School and a 2025 graduate of NHTI – Concord, where she earned an associate of arts degree in business administration. Prior to joining Old Mill Properties, she gained valuable experience working in customer service at a local restaurant, where she developed strong communication skills and a client-focused approach.

Fischer currently divides her time between her role as assistant to the broker at Old Mill Properties and her work as a licensed real estate agent in the firm’s sales department. This dual role has allowed her to build a strong foundation in the day-to-day operations of real estate while gaining hands-on experience serving clients.

“Paige has worked diligently to learn the business from the inside out before stepping into a sales role,” said Sirois. “She is committed to providing high-quality service and is genuinely focused on helping her clients achieve their real estate goals.”

In her spare time, Fischer enjoys traveling, reading, hiking, spending time at the beach and on the boat, and being outdoors. She has a strong appreciation for animals, nature, and exploring new places.

She looks forward to assisting clients with their real estate needs throughout the Newfound Lake Region and surrounding communities. Old Mill Properties has been serving the area from its Route 3A location across from the Bike Path Bridge in Bristol since 1979.
