Chip Bruce retired from law enforcement to his “gentleman’s farm” in New Hampton and worked in education for the local school system for several years. He has a great knowledge of the area and a desire to excel in the real estate business.
Dakota Coburn comes to us with many years of experience in the hospitality industries, plus a long family history in the fields of architecture and home improvement. He settled into the Lakes Region and now plans to bring that knowledge to the real estate business.
Paula Finigan is a highly experienced real estate professional who relocated to Derry from Massachusetts and then to Ashland, where she spent many years vacationing in the Squam Lakes area. Her knowledge of the Lakes Region and the local real estate market are a great asset to her years of business experience.
Bob Rafferty is a native of the Lakes Region who has owned several successful local businesses and grew up with the housing business in his family. He now plans to utilize his experience and follow their footsteps in Lakes Region real estate.
Tony Zagame has been overseeing his family’s lakefront hospitality business for several years and wants to fulfill a longtime desire to work directly with real estate buyers and sellers in the Lakes Region. His direct knowledge of the area promises to bring him great success.
