Jordan, who is a certified military home specialist and manages Movement Mortgage’s Laconia branch office, was ranked Gold among the state’s top loan originators who closed the highest number of New Hampshire Housing loans last year.

Each year, New Hampshire Housing recognizes lenders and loan officers for helping qualified homebuyers access the agency’s home loan programs, which offer features such as cash for down payments and closing costs that can help make homeownership more affordable. Honorees were chosen for their high rate of success in connecting buyers with the agency’s programs.

A New Hampshire native, Jordan has been originating mortgages for 29 years and is a certified mortgage professional with the Mortgage Bankers & Brokers Association of New Hampshire. She joined Movement Mortgage in 2022. Jordan can be reached via email at mailto:jane.jordan@movement.com, by phone at 603-273-9112 or online at Jane-Jordan.com.

“It’s a great honor to be recognized by New Hampshire Housing year after year,” said Jordan. “As most of us know, spiking home prices are making it very difficult for would-be buyers to afford a home. I’m happy to provide my qualified clients with access to New Hampshire Housing’s down payment assistance options, which are a vital tool for helping many borrowers realize their dream of homeownership.”
