To The Daily Sun,

Hamas has convinced the world that Israel is causing a famine in Gaza, despite thousands of aid trucks entering Gaza — because it steals, hoards, and resells the goods at heavily marked-up prices. Videos show it.

Leonard Campbell is picking and choosing “facts” that agree with his opinions. Even in the article he quotes there is a statement that reads “State Department disputes findings, cites video evidence of Hamas looting.” I’ve seen the videos of trucks being attacked and more importantly the stocked markets in Gaza “selling” the food. How do readers think they accumulated the resources to build 350 to 450 miles of terror tunnels loaded with weapons?

As of July 28, the GHF (Gaza Humanitarian Foundation), an effort by the U.S. and supported by Israel, distributed more than 96 million meals. More than 1.2 million meals delivered that day across three distribution sites. See ghf.org. The only ones starving to death in Gaza are the hostages or Gazans too poor to pay Hamas’ marked-up prices. The GHF would love to get their hands on the UN trucks that sit with food rotting in the sun so they can distribute that too.

Incidentally, I didn’t pick the caption on my last letter. At the time I didn’t know I was allowed to add my own title. If I had, the title would have been “After the war.”
