In regards to vape shops... From an investment standpoint I would consider a vape shop to be a risky investment at the least. From a moral viewpoint I consider it an abomination to profit from anything that causes misery. With the increase in infections and death relate to vaping and the resulting moratoriums on such products I would much prefer to open an ice cream shop.
To be perfectly honest, the only time I knew of someone getting a lung infection from smoking marijuana was when it was contaminated with paraquat. Vapes only complicate the existing problem, which is social in nature.
