Buyer beware. Judge James D. O'Neill III, a personal friend of attorney Paul Fitzgerald of Wescott Law, issued an allowance of a writ of execution, which may be enforced against my family's home.
Now, the Governor's Island Club board of directors is threatening to enforce the writ, which would allow them to auction off our home to settle monies wrongfully awarded by Judge O'Neill for Governor's Island board of directors' financial gain. When you hang with bullies you get bullied.
In this matter the rich Governor's Island Club financially bullied me at much substantial cost and damage to me and my family. Be careful whom you allow to be attached to your property — it may be GIC. Thugs are thugs no matter what organization they belong to.
