To The Daily Sun,

Saturday, Aug. 24, is Bristol’s Old Home Day and I’ll be there meeting voters asking for their vote to re-elect John Sellers on Sept. 10 and Nov. 5.

I will continue fighting the hyperinflation that has taken place since Harris/Biden took office. One way I have accomplished fighting inflation is by sponsoring HB 1568 which allows EMT services to get paid from the state and federal government Medicaid funds for non-transport calls instead of it coming out of your property taxes. This is a huge win because it’s a new revenue source. I also wanted to give each town in Grafton County $50,000 of the county American Rescue Plan Act funds, but certain Democrats blocked that.

I voted to protect the unborn children and to preserve the current New Hampshire six-month abortion law. At six months of life, the baby looks human, is human and is the spitting image of mom and dad, yet the House Democrats wanted the right to abort at any time of development. You can easily check out the House voting record.

I voted that parents always have the right to know about their child while at school or any involvement their child may be connected with. The parents decide what is best for their child, not the government.

I will vote against medical mandates. I will not vote to lockdown our state, close churches and businesses. Did you know House Democrats wanted to start taxing all churches and synagogues? That was voted down by the Republicans.

I will work for clean, reliable energy solutions like small modular nuclear reactors, not get stuck on intermittent wind and solar, keep our border secure, not allow sanctuary cities and allow parental control of school choice and education freedom accounts to compete with the rich.

Stop by the booth and say hello.

Rep. John Sellers
