As a law enforcement officer for over 30 years and the current chief of police in Meredith, I have had the privilege of working with Frank for many of those years. I hold him in the highest regard, both personally and professionally. Frank is a dedicated and experienced public servant who has consistently demonstrated unwavering professionalism in his role as a police commissioner for the City of Laconia.
