In order for a Donald Trump dictatorship to come to pass, he would have to get the full co-operation of the U.S. armed services, the CIA, FBI, Federal Marshals and the 800,000 or so law enforcement officers currently serving. If we are at the point in the history of the United States where all of that can happen, then I don't think it really matters who's president.
