As the vehicle drives away, Pretti kicks out a tail light. An agent then exits, tackles Pretti, and a physical scuffle follows.

This prior confrontation shows Pretti's prior aggressive actions toward federal officers. It stands in contrast with the portrayal of the January 24 incident in which Pretti is recorded holding a phone in one hand, raising his other hand, waving his arms and inserting himself between protestors and federal agents as pepper spray and lethal force were deployed.
