There is no need to replace zoning language in Tilton simply because one individual wants to build some amorphous, undefined project. It's being called an overlay — it's not. Replacing zoning language should be done carefully and thoughtfully by many, and not on the spur of the moment by one. Vote "no" on zoning change No. 3.
