The concept of life imitating art surely rings true when comparing what is going on in the Donald Trump administration with many recent movies.
Begin with Trump and Tom Homan. It looks like the "Hunchback of Notre Dame" meets "Shrek." Then there is Kristi Noem, who surely is the spitting image of Linda Blair's Regan in "The Exorcist."
How about Kevin Hassett as the ever-grinning clown in Stephen King's "It?" Consider Mike Johnson or Marco Rubio lookalikes as Chucky the evil doll. Stephen Miller could pass as Frankenstein.
Trump's cabinet reminds me of the House of Slytherin in the "Harry Potter" movies. And then there's Samuel L Jackson's "Snakes on a Plane" reminding me of Air Force One.
Does Mar-a-Lago not remind you of the opulence of Al Pacino's mansion in "Scarface?"
Finally, the kicker: Remember 1985's "The Return of the Living Dead?" Trump returns to the White House, along with his version of the zombies. Instead of the movie's zombies chanting "brains, brains," Trump's zombies chant "Trump, Trump."
Which is the bigger horror? Wake up, and save America, please.
