To The Daily Sun,

Has the state looked for a private enterprise to fund and operate the creation of the "new" Gunstock? Lease the state land and let those with experience manage and operate the business segment. At the lessee's expense. Running businesses requires risk taking.

Is the state taking on this extravagant expense because the "business plan" raises too many red flags? No problem for the state. Use the federal government's method. Just raise financial allocations for Gunstock at taxpayers' expense.

With inflation, building materials shortages and rising cost, and building trades labor shortages, this is not the time for major Gunstock changes.
