Usually on her iPad, our granddaughter, Ella, who lives in Gilford tells us: "Jonathan is a good mailman. He pets Stella and Tucker." We like that.
A couple of days a week, particularly if we are outside, we are able to chat with Jonathan. Sometimes he is early, sometimes really late in the day. All because of mail volume, not a time clock. He will always spend a few minutes talking with Ella. On days when we don't see him, he will answer a note that she may have left for him.
Yes, Ella, Jonathan is a good mailman. Ella has made friends with previous mail persons. All are worth remembering. There is Jennifer, Dan, Josh and Nancy. Thanks to you all. Ella often asks others, "What is your mail person's name?" Some can answer.
