Dick Tracy: Thoughts should be on war and oil, not climate and work week

It's been over 1,000 days since "Build Back Better" Joe Biden was inaugurated as our oldest president ever. In those 1,000 days precious little has been built, much less built back (back from what?) and nothing is better than it was during the Trump administration. Our economy is careening toward a total collapse and there is more risk than ever of yet another world war for which our nation is drastically ill prepared. Why? Our national petroleum reserves are the lowest since 1984 (fact checked by Politifact) and our munitions stockpiles are dangerously low (CNN). Meanwhile, all that some of you can think about is climate change, transgenderism or a 32-hour work week.

I was never thrilled that Donald Trump won the presidency, but at least when he was in office there were no new wars, no Chinese spy balloons floating above our nation, no hacking into our oil pipe lines or electric grid, inflation was low, our southern border was under control, there were few supply chain issues, and we became energy independent. All of which are in stark contrast to what Biden and the Democrat party have delivered. Heaven help the USA if Biden, Democrats and their childish policy ideals are allowed to reign after 2024.
