To The Daily Sun,
The hydro power station in Lakeport has been making a pulsing sound for maybe two weeks now. I just figured out the noise is coming from there this morning when I biked on the Wow Trail. I can hear it in my apartment with windows closed from a mile away, I cannot be the only one hearing this. It's 24/7 and penetrates through everything. Speaking of noise the church by Rite Aid blasts usually unrecognizable music before, on and even after the hour at what I think are dangerously high sound pressure levels. I know what loud is, I was at the 1985 Portland Civic Center AC/DC concert. We all can easily find out what time it is, the days of the town square clock and churches blasting music should be a thing of the past.
