To The Daily Sun,

What is happening in America is terrible. We have our Congress questioning people as if they are lawyers. It is so obvious that these members of Congress have no idea what is really happening. Unfortunately, neither do any of us. There are so many mixed signals out there. No wonder people are confused.

Congress wants to know why the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention administration is so messed up. They feel that the CDC is fighting amongst themselves. Well, the CDC should be fighting. Rather than asking scientific or medical questions, Congress continues to ask politically motivated questions.

I had the opportunity to talk with a member of the National Security Agency as COVID was starting to calm down. Surprisingly, the NSA found that people who smoke have a better chance against COVID than those who do not smoke. By the time the NSA had this information, the COVID vaccine was being distributed, and the NSA was told to keep their information about smokers silent. The government had already started to advise elderly people who smoke to get the vaccine because those people were in the most danger and the government needed to get as many doses out to the public as possible.

Think about this for a moment. Do readers know any couples where one smokes, and the other does not? If they both had COVID, did the smoker have better or worse symptoms? Most people I talk to have said that the smoker either had minimal symptoms or never got COVID at all. This makes me feel that the NSA claim carries a lot of truth.

My questions for our Congress are simple. Why hasn’t our Congress investigated this claim? Why should we trust an organization that might have hidden the actual truth? Why were so many non-COVID deaths incorrectly reported as COVID deaths?
