Just hoping and praying Mayor Mike Bordes is not planning to turn Laconia into New York City.
Homes on the Hill will destroy the peaceful, rural nature of Laconia.
A better solution would be a plan to rehabilitate the current dilapidated housing stock and downtown in Laconia. If anyone disagrees, please take a drive around the city. Rather than have a dictatorial decision, let's have referendum on this issue, which is so important to the future of Laconia and Belknap County.
