To The Daily Sun,

Donald Trump daily rages war against diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI). But he practices all of DEI and praises himself for doing so.

Diversity: In his first administration, he nominated Ben Carson, a Black person, as his secretary of Housing and Urban Development. In his second administration, he nominated Scott Turner, a Black person, for the same post. Carson was, and Turner is, eminently qualified for this position. But in each case, Trump denied this position to many equally qualified white men because he wanted racial diversity. “Look at how good I am,” Trump says.

Equity: Trump insists on “fairness.” He believes a president should rule with empathy. Trump pardons corrupt politicians, corrupt businesspeople, and Jan. 6 rioters, saying they were treated “unfairly,” and he feels sorry for them. “Look at how good I am," Trump says.

Inclusion: Trump loves inclusion. He invites any American, without regard to race or religion, to bend their knee to him and worship him. Any American who believes everything he says can buy his hat and can achieve inclusion in the MAGA tent. “Look at how good I am," Trump says.

The problem is that, in today’s America, only Trump is allowed to practice DEI. If any U.S. institution or business does what he does, he makes a big stink. He calls them “Communist” and “scum” and moves to destroy them.

Trump is two-faced. His anti-DEI campaign is a massive fraud.
