To the editor,
Last year, one of my jobs was to help recruit Democrats to run for the State Senate. In pursuit of great people to take on the challenge of running, I called Deb Reynolds a little more than a year ago to ask if she would take a shot. To my complete delight, she said “yes”. And then the people of Senate District 2 elected her.
This letter is my “thank you” to the voters of Deb’s district. In sending Senator Reynolds to Concord, they have given the Senate a woman of incredible dedication, remarkable judgment, and continuing commitment to the best interests of her constituents. They have given me a colleague who has demonstrated, day in and day out, a willingness to work hard on all the issues we confront down in the Statehouse. For that I say “thanks” with all my heart.
