To the editor,
Sunrise Towers in Laconia is the only place where a U.S.-owned building, subsidized for the elderly and handicapped, allows smoking. We have people living here on oxygen. Some leave their door open and we have second hand smoke in the hallways. Who is in charge of that?
This is like allowing smoking in the intensive care unit in the hospitals.
This is not the 19th Century, it's the 21st.
