At 22-year-old city man was arrested at his home on Wednesday for possessing marijuana with the intent to sell it. Dion A. O'Leary of 613 Main Street, #11 was held at the Belknap County jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail, pending arraignment in Laconia District Court.
According to a police report, O'Leary's arrest was the result of a three-month-long investigation involving the N.H. Attorney General's Drug Task Force and the LPD Detective Bureau. A search warrant of O'Leary's residence was executed at on Wednesday at noon and police say they found an unspecified quantity of pot, cash and drug paraphernalia.
