LACONIA — Rymes Heating Oils had filed suit in Belknap County Superior Court against William Fuller and Rebecca Dolan, the former owners of Fuller Oil, claiming the company owes them $22,799.92 including $8,928 in invoices and service charges dating from 2011 through June of 2013.
Rymes purchased Fuller Oil for about $1 million in November of 2014 after Fuller declared bankruptcy. As part of the sale, Rymes claims Fuller debts were in the total sale package and payable at their invoice price.
Fuller and Dolan are Center Harbor residents.
The civil charges are unjust enrichment and breach of contract for sales of goods.
Rymes Heating Oils has also asked the court for legal fees and unspecified damages.
