TILTON — Tilton Police working with Franklin Police charged three people with sales of heroin after a raid at 6 West Street Wednesday afternoon.
Charged with sales of heroin is Brett Delassio, 27 and Nicole Economedes, 24, both of 6 West St. Charged with being an accomplice to sales of heroin is Travis Desassio, 28, of 6 West St.
Economedes was arraigned yesterday in the 6th Circuit Court, Franklin Division and is being held on cash bail at the Belknap County House of Corrections. Affidavits have been sealed by the court. She is scheduled for a probable cause hearing on November 26.
Travis Delassio is in the New Hampshire State Prison where he was returned on a parole violation. According to a clerk at Belknap County Superior Court, Delassio was convicted on counts of felony level drug sales in January of 2011 and was sentenced in March of 2011 to serve 1 1/2 -to-3 years in prison. A second sentence of 2-to-4 years was suspended pending good behavior.
Travis Dalessio was also convicted on receiving stolen property in Belknap County Superior Court in July of 2011.
Brett Delassio is free on personal recognizance bail. In 2012 he was convicted of theft by unauthorized taking in Franklin District Court. He was also convicted of simple assault, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and violation the conditions of a bail restriction in a separate case in 2012.
