Police reported making five arrests on Thursday, December 15.

— Carlito Cintron, 32, of 736 Union Avenue, Unit 6, was arrested at 12:07 a.m. and charged with filing a false report of a crime.

— Michael A. McNeil, 44, of 118 Court Street, Unit 4, was arrested at 6:25 p.m. on a capias warrant.

— David N. Godbout, 38, of 217 South Main Street was arrested on a warrant. for burglary.

— James f, Oliver, 50, of 7 Church Street, Unit 100, was arrested at 9:18 p.m. on a warrant for simple assault.

— Jeremy D. Michael, 31, of 46 High Street, Unit 2 was taken into protectve custody.

Of the 73 calls for service that went through dispatch, six were calls requesting an extra patrol, four of them regarding the Laconia Parking Garage (1:37 a.m., 8:11 a.m., 3:29 p.m., 5:48 p.m. and 11:10 p.m.) and one to Old North Main Street (11:09 a.m.). Two accidents were investigated. Officers investigated one report each of theft, harassment, assault, sex offenses and vandalism and responded to four false security alarms.
