FRANKLIN — Authorities on Friday arrested Shane Goss, 40, of Franklin on two felony theft charges following an investigation into several thefts on remote trailheads and parking lots along the Kancamagus Highway.
Police say the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office, along with the United States Forest Service Law Enforcement Division, conducted the investigation that led to Goss’ arrest.
Franklin police said Goss has an extensive criminal history.
