LACONIA — A 20-year-old Bay State woman who was killed in a motor vehicle crash last week in Gilford will be remembered during a visitation later today at a funeral home in Lynn, Massachusetts, her hometown.

Calling hours for Tiana Britney-Lee Lozzi are scheduled to take place from 3 to 7 p.m.

Lozzi died from injuries she suffered when the car in which she was riding collided on Route 11 with a pickup truck being driven by Richard Conrod, 47, of Belmont. Conrod has been charged with negligent homicide and is due to be arraigned next Thursday in Belknap Superior Court. Authorities allege Conrod was legally intoxicated at the time of the crash.

Also injured in the Aug. 28 crash were John Bonilla, 20, identified in Lozzi’s obituary as her fiance. Bonilla suffered serious injuries and was airlifted to Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon. Lozzi’s and Bonilla’s 1-year-old son, Jaxson, suffered less serious injuries. Two other occupants of the car were also hurt. A 47-year-old woman was seriously injured and also flown by air ambulance to Dartmouth-Hitchcock. And a 3-year-old child was also hurt, but less seriously, according to authorities.

Calls to Gilford Police and the Belknap County Attorney’s Office to inquire whether there were any new details about the crash or the condition of those injured were not returned Wednesday.

According to Lozzi’s obituary, she had been studying to become a pharmacy technician and was scheduled to take her certification examination this month.

Among the family members who survive Lozzi are her parents and two brothers.
