BELMONT — Police arrested a Grafton man on two bench warrants out of Lebanon District Court on Sept. 8, also charging a woman at the same address with obstructing government administration for interfering in the arrest.

The bench warrants were served on Jeremy Digby, 37, of 1294 Main St., Grafton. The obstruction charge was filed against April Arnold, 32.

Police on Sept. 9 charged Joshua Ingram, 30, of 49 Washington St., Laconia, with wrongful conduct after an accident.

Police on Sept. 13 charged Alexander J. Doane, 25, of 54 Arlene Drive, Belmont, with wrongful conduct after an accident.
