Awww! The Price Is Right model Amber Lancaster shared photos and videos of herself on the game show throughout the 18 years she has been on it.
“In 2008, you’ll be asked to audition as a model for The Price Is Right,” she captioned her video. “It’s very important that you say yes.”
“18 years on the most iconic stage in television history @therealpriceisright!! I used to watch the show every day with my grandma as a little girl, never in a million years did I ever imagine I’d end up here- I hope she’s proud,” Lancaster’s Instagram post was captioned.
The video was set to two songs — Billy Joel‘s “Piano Man” and Fleetwood Mac’s “Silver Springs.” The lyrics “and probably will be for life” from “Piano Man,” and “Time casts a spell on you, but you won’t forget me” from “Silver Springs” are used. This has been a common TikTok trend where someone did something that changed their life for the better, like taking a job, getting into a relationship, and going on a trip.
Lancaster became a model on the show during the 36th season in 2008. It was also the first season Drew Carey hosted after Bob Barker retired.
In the video, Lancaster showed off her show’s official picture, as well as her on the show in various outfits and poses. She also stood with her fellow models, as well as Carey and announcer George Gray.
Lancaster, James O’Halloran, and Rachel Reynolds all danced together backstage. Other moments, such as her son coming to the set, being interviewed on a red carpet, and interacting with contestants, were included.
She showed off her official badge. The video ended with her acting as host, saying, “Welcome back, everybody, to The Price Is Right!”
Lancaster is one of six models on the show. Along with O’Halloran and Reynolds, she also works with Devin Goda, Alexis Gaube, and Manuela Arbalaez.
Arbalaez commented, “I love this so much, sis!”
Lancaster replied to her, “We’ve grown up together.”
She is the second model of the current models to reach this milestone. Reynolds joined the show in 2003. Arbalaez will reach 18 years in 2027, having joined the game show in 2009.
