Two big new names were just added to Saturday Night Live‘s Season 51 hosting lineup.
Jack Black and Colman Domingo are slated to hit the Studio 8H stage as the show’s first two hosts of April. The pair will follow up Harry Styles‘ latest hosting gig on March 14, which marked his second time as an episode’s musical guest and host.
Prior to Styles, Ryan Gosling returned for his fourth time as an SNL host on March 7 with musical guest Gorillaz. Gosling last hosted in 2024 and earned his first Emmy nomination for the episode.
Heated Rivalry breakout Connor Storrie made his SNL hosting debut on February 28 with musical guest Mumford & Sons, who returned to the show for the fourth time.

Who has hosted SNL so far this season?
Season 51 premiere on Saturday, October 1, and was hosted by Bad Bunny, with Doja Cat as musical guest.

Then, on the October 11 episode, former SNL regular Amy Poehler joined the show in her second individual hosting (third overall) stint, with Role Model making his musical guest debut on SNL.

Pop star Sabrina Carpenter pulled double duty as both host and musical guest on the October 18 show, which was followed by a two-week break.
On November 1, Miles Teller hosted for the second time alongside musical guest Brandi Carlile in her third individual appearance and fourth overall.
Then, on November 8, Nikki Glaser made her SNL hosting debut, with musical guest sombr giving his first performances on the show.

The following week, on November 15, Chad Powers and The Running Man star Glen Powell made his Saturday Night Live hosting debut, with Olivia Dean making her musical debut on the show, too.
On December 6, Melissa McCarthy returned as SNL host for the sixth time, with Dijon making his musical guest debut.

Then, on December 13, Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery star Josh O’Connor took the stage for the first time as host, with Lily Allen as musical guest for her second time.

The final show of 2025, on December 20, featured Wicked: For Good‘s Ariana Grande making her third appearance as host, with Cher making her second musical guest appearance during the same episode.

Then, on January 24, One Battle After Another star Teyana Taylor hosted for the very first time, with Geese as musical guest for the first time as well.
On January 31, Alexander Skarsgård also made his SNL hosting debut, with Cardi B as musical guest.
Connor Storrie kicked off the new month by makig his SNL hosting debut on February 28 with musical guest Mumford & Sons

Who else is scheduled to host SNL Season 51?
Jack Black will kick off the show’s new month of episodes by hosting on April 4 with musical guest Jack White. The episode will mark Black’s fifth time as host and White’s sixth overall SNL appearance.
Colman Domingo and Anitta, meanwhile, will make their respective SNL hosting and musical guest debuts during the show’s April 11 episode.

Who stars in SNL Season 51’s regular cast?
Saturday Night Live returned to NBC in October 2025 with five newcomers and six departures.
Many of the repertory players from Season 50 came back, including “Weekend Update” stars Michael Che and Colin Jost, along with Kenan Thompson, James Austin Johnson, Chloe Fineman, Sarah Sherman, Andrew Dismukes, Mikey Day, Bowen Yang, and Marcello Hernández. (Not returning for the season were Devon Walker, Michael Longfellow, Emil Wakim, Heidi Gardner, and Ego Nwodim. Meanwhile, the cast has also increased by five newcomer featured players: Tommy Brennan, Jeremy Culhane, Ben Marshall, Kam Patterson, and Veronika Slowikowska.
