Priscilla Ann Day-Wills, 89, died on Feb. 18, 2024 at The Golden Crest assisted living facility, surrounded by her family after a period of declining health.

Priscilla was born in Gilford on Oct. 16, 1934, the daughter of the late Nelson P. and Bernice G. (Dow) Cassavaugh. A lifelong resident of Laconia, she retired from Aavid Thermal Technology in 2000 as a shipping and receiving clerk.

She was a hard worker, enjoyed life, spending time with her family, fishing and blueberry picking.

Beside her parents, Priscilla is predeceased by her husbands, Earl Wills and Kenneth Day; siblings Nelson, Kirk, Lee, Clifford, Gene, Wayne, and Terry Cassavaugh, Sheila Haven, and Gail Bartlett.

Priscilla is survived by her sons, Carl J. Brewer II and his wife Carla of Gilford, Mark Brewer and his wife Deborah also of Gilford, Kevin Brewer and his wife Shelly of Laconia, and Bryan Day and Robyn Pratt also of Laconia; her stepson, Thomas Doyon and his wife Peggy of Whitefield; her sisters, Sandra Bolduc of Laconia, Marsha Byars of Belmont, and Pamela Beaudoin of Belmont. Many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins also survive Priscilla.

A graveside service will be held at the family lot in Union Cemetery, Academy Street, Laconia, at 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 18.

Because of her love and care for children, the family suggests memorial donations in Priscilla’s memory be made to the Boys & Girls Club of the Lakes Region, 876 N. Main St., Laconia, NH 03246, or nhyouth.org.
