Matthew Arthur Boyd, born Sept. 20, 1983, passed away on Dec. 30, 2025.
Matthew was born in Lowell, Massachusetts, and raised in Ossipee. He attended Kingswood Regional High School, and spent his early years surrounded by the familiarity of home, family and community. In the last years of his life, he lived in Portland, Maine.
He is survived by his parents, Dan Boyd and Deb Boyd; his sister and brother, Jillian Boyd and Ian Boyd; and his nephews, who were deeply loved by him.
Matthew’s life was layered and complex, marked by both connection and struggle. He will be remembered for who he was to those who knew him best, for the love he carried for his family, and for the place he holds in their hearts. His life mattered, and he will be missed.
Services held at 29 Sawyer Road in Ossipee, at noon on Saturday, Jan. 24.
