LACONIA — Katherine A. Lumbra, 99, of White Mountain Highway, passed away on April 25, 2025, at Mineral Springs Genesis, North Conway.
Katherine was born Oct. 1, 1925, in Detroit, Maine, the daughter of Ulysses Kimball and Gladys (Dickson) Kimball.
She was a longtime resident of Lakeport before moving to Laconia in 2006. Katherine worked at Barberry Knitting Mills in Lakeport before retiring due to her health. She was a communicant of the United Baptist Church of Lakeport.
Katherine is survived by her daughter-in-law Debra Brazier, grandson Craig Fogg and great-grandson Landon Fogg. She was predeceased by her parents, her husband, Morris Lumbra, son Keith Brazier, and brothers Ralph Kimball and Donald Kimball.
There will be no services.
A private burial will be held at the family lot in South Road Cemetery, Belmont.
The family would like to extend their sincere gratitude to the staff at Mineral Springs Genesis in North Conway and the hospice team for their dedication and care for Katherine these last few years.
