LACONIA — Ethel “Tomi” P. Kimball, 88, of 56 Grant Street, died at the Genesis Eldercare Network Laconia Center on Thursday, September 28, 2006. Mrs. Kimball was the widow of Dean P. Kimball who died in 1991.

Mrs. Kimball was born July 6, 1918 in Gloucester, Mass., the daughter of John and Ethel (Brooks) Stanley. She lived in Danvers, Mass., for several years before moving to Laconia in 1945.

Survivors include a son, John F. Kimball, of Laconia; three grandchildren, Curtis Kimball of Memphis, Tenn., Heather F. Kimball of Tilton, and Paul H. Barden of Meredith; ten great grandchildren and three nieces. In addition to her husband, and parents, she was predeceased by a brother, Alexander Stanley.

There will be no calling hours.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, Oct. 2, at 2 p.m. at the family lot in Union Cemetery, Laconia.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Community Health and Hospice, Inc., 780 North Main Street, Laconia, NH 03246 or to the charity of one’s choice.
