GILFORD — Diane Dorothy Nobis, 80, passed away peacefully Jan. 22, 2026, at the Granite VNA Hospice House in Concord after years of struggling with health issues.
She was born Feb. 18, 1945, in Trenton, New Jersey, to Carl Krause and Eve Webber.
Up until the end, Diane maintained her kindness, compassion, sense of humor, appreciation of beauty, and the love of life.
Diane was preceded in death by her husband James Nobis in 2004, and her brother and sisters. She is survived by her three daughters, Dawn and her husband Brian Moore of Florida, Christine and her husband John Gallagher of Maine, and Sandra and her husband Robert Price of New Hampshire, along with three grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
There will be no calling hours.
A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, May 8, at Bayside Cemetery, Laconia.
A celebration of life will follow at 11 a.m. at the Belknap Mill, 25 Beacon St. E., Laconia.
