CENTER HARBOR ― Quality Care Home Health & Hospice is offering a six-session grief support group on Wednesdays, Nov. 4, 11, 18 and Dec. 2, 9, 16 from 4:30 to 6 p.m.
“Our hearts go out to anyone who has suffered the death of a loved one. Your grief is your own, but our sincere hope is that you do not have to walk with it alone,” said Dan Kusch, host of the group. “So many people tell us they never thought they would join a group like this, but after taking that step, they are so glad they did."
This series will also pay special attention to how to navigate this holiday season with all of the feelings, memories, and challenges that may arise while living with loss.
