CONCORD — Granite VNA is offering the online program Powerful Tools for Caregivers, a six-week educational program that helps caregivers learn to take care of themselves. The program is on Wednesdays beginning Jan. 14 from 2 to 3:30 p.m.
Caregiving can add stress to physical and emotional health. This interactive workshop helps caregivers learn to:
• Reduce personal stress
• Change negative self-talk
• Communicate more effectively
• Handle different feelings
• Make challenging caregiving decisions

Caregiver Connection
Granite VNA will host Caregiver Connection on Wednesday, Jan. 21 from 9:30 to 11 a.m. at Tilly Market Café at the Belknap Marketplace at 96 Daniel Webster Highway.
Attendees can connect with other family caregivers, while enjoying an opportunity to unwind and have discussions rich in empathy and resources.
