WOLFEBORO — Granite VNA offers Walk-In Wednesday on Wednesday, Sept. 23 from 10 a.m. to noon at Wolfeboro Public Library, 259 S. Main St.
Walk-In Wednesday is an opportunity to get your questions answered. A Granite VNA Notary Public is available to:
- Connect with you to discuss your end-of-life wishes
- Review Advance Directives to make sure it reflects your decisions regarding future medical care
- Assist with filling out your Durable Power of Attorney for Healthcare and/or Living Will
