LACONIA — Granite VNA offers Walk-In Wednesday on Wednesday, Feb. 25 from 10 a.m. to noon at Granite VNA Office, 780 North Main St. in Laconia.
Walk-In Wednesday is an opportunity to get questions answered. A Granite VNA social worker/notary public is available to:
• Discuss end-of-life wishes
• Review advance directives to make sure it reflects decisions regarding future medical care
• Assist with filling out durable power of attorney for healthcare and/or living will
• Provide information about resources and services that maybe beneficial
