LACONIA — Two doctors have joined the Concord Hospital Health System in Laconia: Glenn Lieberman will join orthopedic surgery and Joseph Sicard will join general surgery.
Lieberman has over 20 years of experience in general and advanced orthopedics, including trauma and spine surgery, and is board-certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery. He received his medical degree at Rutgers University, Robert Wood Johnson School of Medicine in Piscataway, New Jersey and completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia.
“Dr. Lieberman has provided excellent orthopedic care to the Lakes Region community for many years,” said Bill Dooley, vice president of provider services. “We are excited to welcome him to Concord Hospital-Laconia.”
Lieberman also completed advanced specialty training during a fellowship in orthopedic trauma and reconstructive surgery at Grant Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio as well as a fellowship in neurosurgical spine surgery (minimally invasive techniques) at the Northeast Institute for Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery in Gilford.
Sicard has over 10 years of experience in health care, including emergency and trauma-related medicine. He earned his master’s degree as a physician assistant from Franklin Pierce University in Rindge, where he graduated magna cum laude, and is currently on pace to receive his doctorate in medical science — critical care from Butler University in 2027.
“Joe brings a wealth of experience to the general surgery team, ensuring we can continue serving the Laconia community with local, quality care,” said Dooley.
