This evening's concert by the Gilford Community Band, originally scheduled for Weeks bandstand on the village field, has been moved to the Gilford High School auditorium. Time remains 7:30.
The weather forecast for hot temperatures and humid conditions with the threat of thunderstorms prompted the move to the air-conditioned facility.
Director John Cardin has selected a program of popular marches and light concert fare, including selections from The Sound of Music.
Admission is free. Use the auditorium entrance at front of the school.
